The customer service is by far the best I’ve seen in Egypt hotels. We were greeted by the Sulemon (the bell man) who has a great smile and helped us with getting an adapter when we reached there. The reception (Mr Marwah and Mr Khaled) are so friendly and professional in looking after our needs beyond the hotel, like getting us a great deal on taxi with a very friendly English speaking driver. The hotel itself is a beautiful place and the food is great. The restaurant managers look like Alfred, Batman’s butler. I would like to go back to Alexandria just to experience the hospitality at Paradise Inn. Also, although am more of a dog lover, we were welcomed by beautiful cats there. The only thing missing was an ATM at the hotel, but maybe it was nearby and we didn’t spot it. It’s a private area of Alexandria, so you get a lot of calm atmosphere there. Overall, 11/10
