We had an awesome room with a private balcony (as booked ) right on the sea front. The breakfast was amazing with lots of choice including many freshly cooked items on the menu together with lots of healthy options. The restaurant had a large balcony very close to the sea with superb views where you could have breakfast. Dinner - the food was so delicious. There was a huge range of dishes. The staff were so lovely, helpful and very professional.

Emilia was prompt, polite, and even allowed us to park until the unit was ready. Then, when we were ready, she met us with the keys and showed us everything we needed to know, as well as opened up all the windows to show us and wow us with just how amazing this apartment is!! floor to ceiling windows -- better not be afraid of heights!

The hotel was bright fresh and in an excellent location. Everywhere was clean and felt new (not sure how old it is!) your room key card offers discounts at some local bars on drinks. There is a lovely spa at the hotel which we also used for massages. There is a gym too. Playa 1 is on the same site as Playa 2 with the pool in between. The restaurant is below playa 2. The spa and gym at the bottom of Playa 1 and there is a walkway/hallway between. There is a bar at the pool and another bar inside which has seating outside facing out from the back of the hotel. All staff we interacted with were extremely helpful and friendly. The location is excellent and has a short walk to the beach and bars and entertainment venues on the street outside. I would absolutely return and recommend this hotel.

    A super clean and modern hotel in an excellent location. Bedrooms were well decorated and comfortable. All the public areas were pristine and had gorgeous decor. We opted to have breakfast included and there was a great choice of good quality food. The whole vibe of the hotel was luxurious and very chilled so perfect for a relaxing holiday. We would definitely return and go half board next time ! The pool areas are outstanding, especially the rooftop sun deck and infinity pool. A really great spot!

    Great modern clean hotel in a great location. Small but really nice rooftop pool and terrace area serving good quality drinks including cocktails. Very close to beach, only one road back, close to both new town and old town so ideal location. Staff very friendly.

    Beautiful hotel with modern decor. Lovely and clean with a fabulous food choice and quality. Central location to the English nightlife (if that's what you are looking for). Check in and check out was quick and easy. Our room was ready 2 hours before the check-in time which was great! A few minutes' walk to the beach. Highly recommend and would stay here again if in Benidorm.

    We booked half board which included breakfast, lunch or dinner (you can choose between these two meals. The quality and choice was excellent. The staff were friendly. The hotel was modern, clean and spacious. A nice reception area and bar with light entertainment in the evenings downstairs. The location was ideal for us, quiet but minutes from everything including the Old Town, Strip and beach. The rooms were clean and spacious.
