It was a great experience that we will definitely be repeating. My family was very happy. The rooms were great, and the views were spectacular. Everything was very clean. The food was amazing. Great pool and very close to the beach. The best thing for me was the staff, especially Pablo, on reception, who was very polite and helpful and organised everything for us. Melanie, the entertainer, was also very good, kind, and engaging. The room service staff were great as well. Whatever we asked for was taken care of. The dining room and bar staff were very helpful, welcoming, and kind.

The view from the room (4th floor with balcony) and the chairs disposition in front of the beach. The direct access to the beach is a plus. Also, the wellness spa staff was very good. Staff in general was kind and helpful, room was very clean.

This is such a lovely hotel. The staff were so accommodating but never in your face. The addition of a small fridge in the room was a bonus. It was just a lovely experience overall. For reference I was a solo traveler with half board. There's a small supermarket less than 4 minutes away and a fabulous beach 10 minutes away.

My daughter and I LOVED the 3.50 Euro breakfasts in the bar - fab coffee, toast, butter and jam, served with great charm, no matter which member of staff was on duty each morning. Much preferred this light breakfast to the larger type served in the hotel restaurant.

    Location was fantastic, just a few minutes walk to the beach and all amenities. What can I not say about the wonderful staff, Isabel, Meribell and all the others I can't mention! Breakfast and dinner buffet definitely 4 stars, loads of variety and fresh.
