The property did many things very well - some I have not seen before such as the agility to charge 6 devices from the well lit shelf above the bed, the jacuzzi in the attached courtyard, the capacious frig with a good freezer. The bathroom was excellent and we really enjoyed the pool. The staff were excellent. The hotel was a short walk from the major sites and restaurants of the town.

The Pavillon des Lys is a private mansion built in 1703, transformed into a charming 4-star hotel in 2004. Some of our rooms are independent, located on the ground floor of the establishment.

one of the best hotels I’ve visited. you live in a real chateau, very charmant, clean, comfortable beds, very nice stuff. there is a heated pool outside. the building itself is really a bijou!

Only spent one night but would be happy to stay again for a longer period were I to visit the Loire Valley again. The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was delightful.

We specifically wanted peace and quiet which we had. We also looked forward to eating nice food which we found to be exceptionally well made. The evening meal we enjoyed was a highlight of our time there. The breakfast buffet was well worth having.
