Location is excellent. We could walk to the shops, Nice-Ville train station and the promenade from the hotel. We even walked up Castle hill and to the old town. Our room was a king suite and we had 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. It was room 419 and it was very clean, modern and spacious. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is okay. I think that’s the only thing they could improve on. (Nicer sausages and offer bacon too, everyday, grilled tomatoes, mushrooms). Upgrade of the breakfast would be the icing on the cake.

My stay in Nice was truly wonderful thanks to this apartment. Everything was spotless, and daily cleaning with fresh towels and neatly made beds made the experience even better. Despite being contactless, there wasn’t a single inconvenience. The mini washing machine, towel dryer, and dishwasher made everything so easy and comfortable — I felt right at home. I had considered booking a place closer to the beach, but this location turned out to be perfect. The tram and bus were super convenient, and even after a day at the beach, walking home in a swimsuit felt completely natural. Some reviews mentioned noise from nearby restaurants, but I personally didn’t find it disturbing at all. On the contrary, I felt safe walking around at night, and the lively street view actually added a sense of charm and comfort as I fell asleep. Apartment-style stays often lack hotel-level service, but this place was the exception — everything was perfect. If I ever visit Nice again, I will definitely stay here without hesitation.

Lovely hotel, beautiful room with an amazing view to the sea in a quiet location. The room was smelling really nice and was very clean. The breakfast place was lovely aswell. I would like to thank Mr.Philip who was really friendly and helpful. He gave nice tips about places to see/eat in Nice (you should trust his suggestions). I will absolutely come back again to this wonderful hotel!

    Compared to the hotel prices in the centre of Nice, this place was extremely good value. With the nearby tram only taking fifteen minutes into the city centre, you can base yourself here for a visit rather than just using it as an airport hotel. St Augustin train station is just a few minutes walk away, so it's a great location for daytrips as well. My room was very modern and quiet, while there was a bright and stylish breakfast area on the top floor. The breakfast options were also good.
