The 2 nights we stayed there were lovely, we stayed in a lodge the first night and then we stayed in a room in the hotel. The bedroom was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable! We had breakfast which was lovely and we also ate in the restaurant and again we couldn’t fault it! The staff were friendly and helpful.

Great communication from the host, as well as a wonderful welcome basket on arrival and all amenities we needed provided. The house was clean and comfortable and is a great location, only ~8 mins walk into Harrogate centre.

We were met by Keiran who made us feel very welcome. Our room was ready for check-in @3pm on arrival and was clean and tidy. We ate in the restaurant on 3 separate evenings (including NY Eve), the staff were excellent (many thanks to Gemma & Tom for looking after us) and the food was top notch with good portions and even a few cocktails, which in my opinion were very reasonably priced.

    Great location, right in the centre of town. On site parking although only a few spaces available. The majority of staff friendly. Bar and restaurant area were nicely decorated and modern, lovely space. Breakfast was really nice with quality ingredients.
