Very comfortable bed and pillows had great night sleep. Good choice for breakfast. We also booked in for dinner which was nice. The staff were lovely and tried to help but the manager was not there so we couldn't get any resolution before checking out. However I emailed her and she was very responsive. The hotel has a lot of issues currently - clearly been allowed to get run down and things have not been well maintained, plus housekeeping is really inadequate. But I get the impression the new manager will change all that and things will improve soon - if they have the money to invest.Guest review byRuthYoung couple

The super stylish dining room decor - we fell in love with the design of the chairs). Our suite was so comfy and spacious.
