Everything was perfect, we came to spend the weekend to set off fireworks with my parents ashes in them, the bay was their favourite place so it was a emotional but perfect break. The property was ideal, very adaptable and spacious, cleaned to a high standard and the whole communication chain was great and made our stay much easier. Will definitely be returning.

The view of the sea, early in the morning, sitting in the window was incredible. So relaxing, area was quiet, room was spacious, breakfast was lovely. Fresh flowers in the room were a nice touch. Plus the made the bed is made every day and gave fresh towels every day, in the spirit of sustainability, I haven’t seen that in a hotel in quite a while.

Our hosts were very welcoming and couldn’t have done more to make us feel at home. They went the extra mile and then beyond. They lent us local walking guides and recommended places to visit and communication was great. The cottage is immaculate and beautifully presented. A wonderful space to return to after a long days adventure visiting wonderful beaches just on the doorstep! The roll top bath was a little taste of luxury! Everything we needed was supplied in the cottage. They really thought of everything. Just perfect, thank you so much to Steve and Sian. We hope to come back.

    We ate in both the pub and the hotel restaurant. The quality of the food in the bar was fine but the restaurant food was exceptionally good, for not much additional cost. Room very comfortable and a perfect location.

    All you expect from a motel. Good parking. Great location. Warm welcome. Staff very nice and happy. Quiz night on Thursday - great atmosphere. Had sea bass in the adjoining restaurant - very nice and good quality. Beautiful scenery, lovely beach, great restaurants. Lovely area to stay.

    Spacious and bright room with modern bathroom, powerful shower. The “continental” breakfast with fruit was a bit unimaginative so I opted for the very good value cooked breakfast. Great location right beside the beach and just 10 minutes to ferry, lots of parking (free), great “local” type bar, drinks reasonable (especially having just paid Chester prices). Room was very good value for July.
