The location was fantastic for getting around North Wales. Lovely comfortable flat, everything you could possibly need and secure parking. Lovely grounds to walk in and explore. The 'old' kitchen was amazing to see. So much history. The estate staff that I met during my stay were all lovely and extremely helpful.

We really enjoyed out stay in this unusual flat. Lovely quiet setting with expansive grounds to enjoy. It had an upstairs downstairs feel with the wonderful Victorian kitchen, games room & boot room below. Great location for exploring Chester, North Wales and nearby industrial heritage. I thought it might be draughty or cold but it was very cosy with or without the lovely open fire. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We very much appreciated the little welcome pack too.

This hotel has air-conditioned bedrooms and excellent conference facilities for up to 220. It is south of Chester and close to major road networks leading to Chester, Manchester and Liverpool.

Staff were really helpful and friendly, including calling a taxi for us to get to the wedding we were attending. In particular, I think her name was Diane, was working on the front desk as a stand-in and she was really friendly and couldn't do enough for you! Breakfast was great with plenty of options. Room was lovely.

The whole style and atmosphere were beautiful. Sophie the manager was so friendly and helpful. She gave us the impression that she really cared. Good bed, big tv, good air conditioning. Everywhere was clean and all staff were friendly and helpful. Easy walking distance to everything.

The accommodation was amazing,the size of the room and the en-suite bathroom was great. The view was something to die for and the staff was brilliant! Plenty of communication beforehand and throughout with handy tips for parking and all the information you'd need. Beds were comfy,extra blankets under the beds too. Location is perfect, 2 mins walk from main street,parking just outside the back gate,playground,aldi is 5 min walk.

The cottage was very cozy with its own garden that allows some privacy and a lovely view. We would love to come in winter to enjoy the wood stove in the living room. It is situated a short walk from Llangollen so visiting the town was easy. Helen was very friendly and helpful. We plan on returning with the kids to stay on their other camping site.
