We stayed there for more than two weeks, and we enjoyed it a lot! The hotel is located at the very end of Kobuleti, has its own beach which is not too crowded. The beach has free chaise longues with sun umbrellas, and there was always enough for the guests, at least when we were there. Our room was bigger than other hotels we've been to and had a hot tub in the balcony. There was everything we needed for our stay, including a drying rack for clothes, a teapot, good WiFi, towels for the beach that were changed daily. What was also nice is that they only went into our rooms for cleaning if we asked them to - no one was coming in if we haven't specifically left the keys at the reception for someone to clean there. Overall, great experience! Also kudos to Marekhi from the reception for helping out at the start with directions to places we wanted to visit.

You get what you see and this was excellent because most Hotels on booking are showing wrong pics from the room etc. The Hotel is well maintained you have no bad smell in the bathroom etc.

The best location in this area. Nearby are the main beaches, Kobuleti Central Park, not far from the city. There are many cafes, restaurants and shops around. The hotel itself is located a little in the back (first the pool, then the hotel), so street noise does not bother you. Frequent and cozy rooms. Great view from the balcony - to the sea or to the mountains (I had a view of the mountains). Excellent swimming pool with a children's area. Rooftop restaurant with a great view and good cuisine. Friendly and helpful staff. I recommend for a family holiday!

cool little hotel placed right on the beach offers comfort and style. Around here, the closer you get to the beach the better. There is not much around and you better drive 4x4 to get to the sandy entrance. But it was exactly what suited us for the moment.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Magnetic Resort Ureki and I cannot speak highly enough of my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was promptly escorted to my room. The room itself was immaculate and beautifully designed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The on-site restaurant served a variety of delicious dishes. Breakfast was a particular highlight, with a wide selection of fresh and tasty options to start the day. The croissants were delicious! The location of the hotel was also ideal, situated close to the sea.

We arrived before 7 AM in the morning and the staff managed to check us in, which was a big plus for us. Lovely setting inside the fortress and just a few minutes away from the beach Good breakfast Hospitable staff, especially the cook who tried his best to make us feel welcome. 👏
