This hotel had friendly, English-speaking staff. The rooms were large and the linen was lovely. The bathroom was excellent. I wish we'd stayed here for all of our days in Tbilisi and not just for one night as we travelled in and out of the city.

Fantastic buffet breakfast with options for ordering hot meals as part of the price. Spacious room with amenities like smeg fridge and lots of lighting options, as well as a great shower. Staff were friendly, gave great recommendations and held our bags while we went hiking.

Excellent lunch, wonderful service both at the restaurant, with the courteous assistants, and top compliments and grades to our concierge who kindly always went the extra mile to help in organizing our time in Tbilisi--including getting hard to find, last minute tickets to a memorable and famous puppet show and constantly making sure the venues we booked were actually open, and warning us promptly in case they weren't. So: noticeable extra care towards the patrons and guests on the hotel. Impressive. The location was marvellous, we loved the neighborhood, the little cafès like Entree, and the view from the top suite was idyllic. The atmosphere of the hotels was elegant and well curated, in its vintage allure, with touches of great taste in the decor and furniture.

A friendly receptionist at the front desk. My friend and I were very impressed with the room. It was real value for money. The only thing, is that it is slightly out of town but you could call a cab and it's not expensive if you have the taxi app on your phone - Just download the app, it's called Bolt. But make sure that when you land in Georgia to buy a sim card on the airport.

    First thing first, can't mention how nice the service was, huge thanks to amazing team, including reception, room service and the barman. Achi and Salome at the reception were super. Room was decent, clean, cozy and stylish. All the amenities were good quality and room service was on point 👌. Location was also a good plus, in the middle of a city center, literaly next to anything you might be interested about in tbilisi. Overall experience was great and would recommend to everyone trying out this hotel if they plan to visit Tbilisi.
