The location is close to the airport which makes it easy for foreigners. The meals are so good, just that they need to include more options. I love the location, the uniqueness, ambience, good customer relation, they offer roundtrip shuttle too, they did decors and cake for my husband and i for our wedding anniversary. Staff was the best but under construction and the gym not working. The staff made me feel welcome and safe, they provided very good recommendations to move around. Fabulous hotel, large, clean and spacious rooms. The staff are wonderful and very accommodating. The hotel lets you have a late check-out until 6 pm for no additional charge. You can book a room just for the day too. The food is very good whether it's dinner or breakfast. The pool is clean and they have a good gym to use. The shuttle bus is available should you require it, no charge. This is the only hotel I will stay at in Accra.

Setting in the hotel is excellent with great decorative details with African tint all over the place. Really beautiful. Room was comfortable, quiet and clean. Staff are top class and are always available to help, regardless of which department help is needed. Mary, the customer service manager is always keen to check if guests are comfortable, need help or have feedback. For sure this will help to keep the standard high. Shuttle service is really convenient and comfortable for both times the family used it. Good place - we will be back!
