Hotel is located right opposite to the private beach with sunbeds and umbrellas, every day you’ll have new beach towels. Terry is the best beach manager, he’s always ready to help you and makes your vacation perfect. Clean, cozy and comfortable rooms! Very helpful and friendly girls on reception. Hotel also provides a private transfer from the Thessaloniki airport. Welcome drink for guests as soon as you arrived. We checked out at 5:30 am and the staff prepared a breakfast boxes for us. Amazing and very rich breakfast! Everybody can find something delicious for their taste. Very nice and pleasant staff at the restaurant Amfora. Definitely it’s the best restaurant in Polychrono! Exceptionally delicious food! You don’t need to go to another places to try traditional food or seafood, they have all these options in their menu. And one more thing that will help you relax and enjoy your vacation, hotel is 16+, so no kids screaming and crying and running around, like in all hotels. Highly recommend Sea Level!

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was very nice and spacious, with a lovely terrace. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of meats, salads, sweets, and more. The beach was just 10 meters in front of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We have nothing but praise for everyone, from the receptionist to the girls and boys at the beach bar, the kitchen staff, and the lifeguard, Asteris, who was amazing! We’ll definitely be coming back next year!

Great hotel for a sea vacation in a wonderful not too crowded village. Suitable for children. It's good located for nearby travels and walks. The food was varied and delicious. The staff is with young, kind and responsive persons. Definately I recommend and I would visit again.

Palma Nova is a great place to stay. The food was excellent. The quality of the food was above the usual 4 star all inclusive menu. The staff was very professional and kind. Christina the manager was very helpful and caring. I had a small problem with the tv antenna that was resolved in minutes. In general the place is very clean. I would strongly recommend it.

We had a wonderful time at Serenity Suites. Wonderful clean and new accommodation. Our room was a loft - well appointed in the kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom and lounge areas overlooking the pool. The staff were attentive and responsive and special mention to Olga.
