Communication with the hotel was very easy. They responded quickly and were able to accomodate an extra child bed. On check in, staff was very kind and welcoming. They were helpful with calling a cab. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast buffet was extensive with a lot of options. Buffet wasn't amazing, but perfectly adequate. We booked the central building but got "upgraded" to a more distant one which looked ok but not 4 stars.
