The hotel truly feels like a big family, with the friendliness and kindness of the staff coming naturally from everyone. The atmosphere is just amazing! We traveled with a small baby, and it was incredibly comfortable. The hotel is very child-friendly, and the rooms are spacious, quiet, clean, and modern. We were even upgraded to a sea view with two adjoining rooms, which made our stay even more comfortable! The restaurant offers a wide variety of tasty food, and it really feels like home-cooked meals. Plus, throughout the day, you can enjoy snacks by the pool, freshly made crepes, gyros, and even a late dinner. One thing that stood out is that the restaurant is always well-stocked, even towards the end of meal times, which is rare! The hotel has its own private beach down a cliff, with a restaurant and bar right there. The lagoon and the water are just stunning. We had a fantastic time and will definitely come back!

We had a fantastic time at Kiotari Bay Resort for 7 nights with a family of four, one 16 year and one 11-year-old child. The food was good with the all-inclusive service. The dinners were really good, and the variety was exceptional with different themes each night. We only ate lunch once at the main restaurant, while the breakfasts were basically the same each morning, but due to the fact that there were plenty of items to choose from, this was not an issue. Also, the animation team was extremely good. We participated in several daytime activities (e.g. pool volleyball / water polo, basketball, aqua gym and yoga) and we attended the nightly programs as well which included concerts and shows and also contests. Great time, great fun!

It’s newly refurbished, huge rooms, beautiful views and directly on the beach ( lovely swimming spot.) It’s very quiet and great for chilling out and relaxing. The staff were wonderful, particularly Alexandra on reception. It is a 10 minute walk to the centre of Kolymbia, which has some great shops and again, is chilled out, not rowdy. We would definitely stay again!

Breakfast and all food was very good. Staff was very helpful. So clean everywhere. Lots of sunbeds. Room was large and when we came, there was a fruitplate and a bottle of wine for us. The cleaners also left free water bottles daily.

Everything perfect. Friendly staff and well organised everything. Staff works extremely hard and make sure guests have good stay. It was birthday for my daughter and reservation desk was patient and helped me choose and order everything. Manager in restaurant was great. Beautiful deco for us. Eveny team eas amazing! Everything was nice at this hotel. The sorroundings are silent. The size of the room was more than sufficient for the three of us. Handy to have air conditioner and a small fridge in the room. Minimarket and bus stop less than five minutes from the hotel. Common areas were airy and tidy. Breakfast with views to the acropolis is varied and tasty. To make all this even better, staff was lovely (bar, restaurant, cleaning team...) but a special mention is to be done to reception staff. They are always happy to help you with all kinds of practical information and even arrange things for renting a car. Really nice team.
