We received an upgrade and were given the penthouse - so the details are for penthouse. The interior design of the place is awesome. All the furniture and kitchen appliances are new. The balconies are enormous, having a sea view. The restaurant Karma that is at the first floor of the hotel has amazing food and decent prices for the quality. It was a visual pleasure to stay in the place. The hotel is near the city center (there are Bolt scooters parked nearby)

Roomy, modern and clean apartment with amazing view over the old town, Adrian sea and all the way to the coast of Ugljan island. Location is very good for exploring the whole city area of Zadar. It is only a short 10-minute walk to the old town as well as the Kolovare beach and swimming area. Also worth mentioning is the easy accessibility by public bus from the airport. Our host Domagoj was very friendly and always available. We had small technical problems that were beyond anyone's control when we arrived at the accommodation, but the response time and the way Domagoj solved the problems was amazing. On the day of departure, he arranged a luggage storage for us so that we could enjoy the beauty of Zadar to the last without any hassle. I wish there were more hosts like Domagoj who make your stay uncomplicated and enjoyable. I definitely recommend this accommodation to everyone who doesn't want to live in the hustle and bustle of the old town, but next to it in peace, a short distance from everything, and at the same time enjoy a wonderful view and a balcony.

    We visit Croatia 1-2 times a year and I have to rate this accommodation as the best that we have had the opportunity to try so far. Good location, modern and high-quality and, above all, functionally built building. Perfectly furnished and equipped Penthouse in which we had the opportunity to spend our vacation. Terraces (4) with magnificent views. And most importantly, the owner Robertina and her husband, who ensured that our stay was problem-free. They were always very willing and accommodating if we needed help or advice with anything.

    It has been an absolutely wonderful stay. The appartment is very clean and modern, has high quality shower, which I always notice and a super comfy bed. The location is good, about 25-30 mins of walking to the city center, plus there is Lidl and a great grill place nearby. The host was very nice and accomodating, we got a perfcetly scheduled transfers from and to the airport thanks to our host. Should I ever be in Zadar again definitely staying at Maboka.
