I loved everything about this place! Our room was spacious and beautifully designed, with very comfortable beds and an excellent shower. The staff was polite, breakfast was delicious, and the gym was spotless—definitely a highlight. Overall, a fantastic stay!

We stayed in room 803 (junior suite with extra bed for 3 pax) and 807 (twin room with 2 single beds for 2 pax) for 4 nights from 12 Jan - 16 Jan 2023. 1. Location. Perfect surrounding. Love the peace and quiet but yet, many things could be found within walking distance from the hotel. Or just hop on any of the public transport available infront of the hotel and within minutes, you are at the most fanciest malls, restaurants or clubs. 2. Nonsmoking rooms. A comfortable smoking area has been designated on the 4th floor surrounded by beautiful rooftop garden. 3. All the staff are friendly and always ready to assist in any way they could. 4. Rooms including the bathrooms are very clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. Water pressure is good. 5. Four (4) elevators are sufficient and we did not have to wait long for an elevator to come. 6. Good wifi connection. 7. Last but not least, the hotel management and staff take safety and security of guests very seriously. We felt very safe during our stay.

    The breakfast spread was good. Location wise also not bad since its only few meters away from Bundaran HI MRT and there is a big bust stop in front of the hotel (Thamrin Bus station). However, this hotel is sharing the building with offices (at Menara Topas). So, the room layout is a bit disappointing for a 4 stars hotel. The room is small and simple. The toiletress provided was very basic, only shower cap, dental kits and small basic neccessities. No body lotion etc.

    Very helpful and friendly staff. Our room was big - paid for an extra bed for our daughter which easily fitted in. Location was great to walk to local restaurants and great department store. Stylish modern room. Very clean and nice bathroom. Also fab pillows and crisp white linen. Organised airport pick up v good
