The hotel was awesome. I stayed in the Suite room. The staff are very friendly and accommodating for all my requests. VINOD the deck manager was very helpful and arranged for our extended hours stay without any additional charges because the flight was in the evening. The breakfast buffet was great. Overall the staff service level was exceptional. Aniruddha who worked during breakfast waa very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is very close to the airport and Phoniex Market City mall.

The room was very comfortable, had a fresh aesthetic, and I was so impressed by the use of space. It was half the size of the hotel room I spent the prior few nights in, yet the space was much more efficiently used. Whoever designed the rooms and bathrooms is a genius. Staff is very helpful and kind, they helped me getting through the first hours in India, by changing some cash in rupies, solving some issues, helping me planning my trip and helping me making an indian telephone number. The place is very clean, most of the hosts are local but with good English, place close to airport and metro. Sometimes a bit noisy but it is still center of Mumbai!
