An absolutely stunning boutique hotel at the core of the best touristic attraction of Kochi. All the good restaurant are at walking distance and with a rickshaw booked with Uber (so no surprise in pricing) everything must see is reachable. The hotel itself is a true living museum to the glorious portuguese past. The personnel is kind, helping, courteous and full of goos advices. Highly recommended

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kondai Lip Heritage Resort, and I cannot speak highly enough about my experience as a solo woman traveler. From the moment I arrived, I felt safe and welcomed, which is essential for anyone traveling alone. The service at this resort is impeccable. The staff, including the boatman who greeted me upon arrival, were genuinely hospitable and attentive. The reception team made check-in effortless, and their warm smiles made me feel right at home. I also want to extend my gratitude to the accounting staff, who went above and beyond to assist me with my saree when I needed help. Their kindness and readiness to assist made all the difference. I also appreciated the janitorial staff, who maintained the premises impeccably and were always approachable if I had any questions or needed anything. Their attention to cleanliness and detail added to the overall pleasant atmosphere of the resort. The food at Kondai Lip Heritage Resort was outstanding! The chefs provided a delightful array of options, and I was pleasantly surprised by how frequently the staff would call my room to check if I needed to order dinner. This level of attention and care is truly commendable. Overall, my stay at Kondai Lip Heritage Resort was an enriching experience. The combination of excellent service, safety, and delicious food made my trip memorable. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a welcoming and supportive environment, especially for solo travelers. Thank you, Kondai Lip Heritage Resort, for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful stay: - the whole hotel was squeaky clean to western standards (which is rare!) - beautiful design with high quality furnishing - comfortable mattress - very good breakfast (and they are flexible with it too, according to your breakfast) - great service (help in booking tickets, transfer to my next travel location etc)

The staff is very friendly and nice both in the reception and restaurant, I wasn't very happy with the room I got, but I got a perfect room after I complained. Also there are daily shows in the hotel worth attending, the pool is nice, my stay was perfect and I think it's one of the best hotels in fort Kochi especially considering the price.

    A really well run small 4 star hotel with convenient location for airport (15 min taxi) station (under 10 mins walk) with trains to Alleppey for a day trip, and bus station (many buses to Munnar in 4 hours) Clean, spacious room with all modern facilities including fridge and kettle. The most comfortable bed I slept in on India, and shower was up there too (separated with a screen from the bathroom which is appreciated here!) Friendly efficient staff who spoke good English Generous breakfast buffet of local dishes
