Staffs are cordial, but they are a bit inexperienced. Food options are limited, and they don't provide breakfast at the time of morning safari. So one has to arrange it from outside. The hotel is clean, modern, convenient and in a perfect location just away from the busy streets. Amazing views of Assam from the balcony. The staff were the kindest we’ve had in India in 2 years (Shumi was amazing with our baby), and the food was brilliant. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.
