I highly recommend the Horizon by Shanti hotel. We had no problems checking in despite our late arrival (2:00 a.m.). The staff was very helpful, offering advice and assistance. The hotel is new, so the room was very clean and met all my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's high standards. The breakfast buffet was served at a neighboring hotel, but it was only a few meters away, so getting there was no problem. I thank all the staff for their friendly and professional service.

Their service: The service was excellent, and the staff was professional and humble, especially Mr. Neeraj, who was extremely courteous and helpful throughout my stay. Excellent service. Manager samir responds rapidly before arrival with answers to queries and special requests accomodated. Very helpful. Rooms ae clean, midern and comfortable and thre is food service available. Possible to leage bags aftrr checkout which is hreat for sigtsering before late transport. A top choice.

It is paradise in the middle of one of the busiest areas in the world.. it siuated inside busy local business area opposite New Delhi Railway station. I love the services and place and superb design of this hotel. Staff are professional. Food of room service is super delicious, clean, nicely presented. These people know how to treat thier clients and they are very polite and kind.. everything is just professional...very hard to find. The rooms has no windows but you will have a replacement of peace and cleanliness and beauty of this place. Air conditioning and air exchanging system are new and working great... you get nice air exchanging system for your comfortable stay..With a plus of brand new big and modern bathroom..... WE LOVE EVERYTHING HERE.. closest to all amenities.. JUST PERFECT 🥰 💞
