Excellent location, ambience, cleanliness and facilities especially good disabled wheelchair access. Special mention to the Manager Mr Abhijit Jagtap who went out of his way to make my 86 year old mother comfortable and accommodating her in an accessible room and specially catering to her dietary needs. His warm hospitality, attention to detail and making the extra effort beyond the call of duty to make us comfortable - is truly appreciated and praiseworthy. All the staff were polite helpful and always ready to help. Special thanks to the chef and cook for the delicious food and special requests, I even got my Morning green smoothie. I would highly recommend Il Palazzo Heritage home Not just for the ambience but for the warm staff and very proactive manager. Very impressive place.

As the hotel or property name suggested, it lived up to my expectations View was spectacular… I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the bonus was food.. hotel staff and chef was very police and know how to please the guests with delicious food. I enjoyed each and every variety of food. I truly recommend place.
