Very helpful staff, the only hotel ever to have towels that smell great! Rooftop restaurant offers great views of Jadriyyah. Near to Jadriyya mall ( walking disrance) Near to Iraqi restaurants if you can walk about 15 to 20 minutes.

We had an amazing stay at the Palm Residence Suites in Baghdad, Iraq! The two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment was incredibly comfortable, with a cozy living room that was perfect for unwinding after a long day The boutique residence is located in the heart of Baghdad, offering easy access to the city's main attractions. The apartment is fully furnished, providing a home-away-from-home experience The Lady Owner Ms. Malad and her staff were friendly and welcoming, ensuring our stay was nothing short of excellent. We truly felt at home during our time at Palm Residence Suites. If you're looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Baghdad, I highly recommend Palm Residence Suites!

Looks so much better than the photos! They need a new photographer. The lobby and restaurant looked like a palace indeed and my room was huge. The staff made me feel like a guest, not like a client. Of all the places I’ve stayed in Baghdad, this one has the highest price to quality ratio. The area around the hotel is good to take taxis to major sights but not very walkable. Breakfast has rich choices. Cleanliness is a 10. I felt very safe as a solo female traveller. Overall, book it and you won’t regret it.

    I loved the coral. The staff were so lovely, welcoming, accommodating and nice to us. The hotel location is great, there are some of the best restaurants on the street. The rooms are clean, large, comfortable, bathrooms are very good. They give you lots of snacks, drinks and treats in the room as well. The breakfast had a wide selection as well as fresh egg station and open until 11 which is a great bonus. Was a fantastic stay and I'll definitely come back.
