Location is very central and literally in the middle of the town. The hotel has 2 pools (ground floor - called 1st floor and 4th floor - panoramic) which are very warm and cosy and maintained very well and open until 23. The room was ok, we had a balcony, but it was raining (which didn't bother us enough not to swim outside :) ). SPA area is clean but they have only 3 sauna rooms (closing at 20) and they are relatively small for a hotel that big. Also the parking lot is not really big, but you can leave the car in the way and let the reception have your car key so they can move it if needed. You get two shower caps, many towels and even two bathrobes - all included in price. No slippers, however. We would recommend it if you're ready to part ways with some money ;)

The reception staff were so kind and helpful and did everything they could to make our stay perfect. The cleaning staff were also brilliant. Excellent location, beautiful streets to explore and the thermal pools at the hotel were gorgeous. Also great room, with a kettle, fridge and cute balcony. We were very happy and will definitely stay again.

Before arrival, an e-mail was received with a link to the guest account, where you can perform online registration, see your ordered services (procedures, meals, etc.), and you can also make various service orders online, there is all the information about all the hotel service. Very modern and comfortable. You will also receive a link to an information brochure in various languages ​​in the e-mail. Once again, you will receive all the information on paper when you arrive at the reception. The staff is very nice and helpful. 2. The hotel is in a very good location, near the park and the main pedestrian street with shops and restaurants, cafes. The hotel is beautiful, cozy, tidy, spacious. 3. Pools and other. The pools are clean, tidy, spacious, although there are many people, you don't feel like you're in a crowd, there are enough sunbeds by the pool, you can rent bathrobes and pool towels at the reception, it's very convenient. We tried the Roman Irish rout procedure with various saunas and pools, we really liked it, the woman who provided this service was very kind and friendly. 4. Room. We lived in a Family room, with a living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a huge terrace with furniture and a hot tub (with lighting, wifi, speakers, you can play musicfrom your phone). The view from the terrace is excellent, to the Euganean hills, all rooms have access to the terrace. We liked everything so much that we additionally booked a late check-out. Bar to room service is very reasonably priced. 5. Food. The price included breakfast, the variety is really good, both food and drinks, nice staff. You can also order lunch and dinner, but we ate in the city. 6. We were very satisfied, the price-quality ratio is excellent. I recommend it

The extensive facilities of thermal pools, lounging, treatment and resting areas were truly impressive. We also particularly appreciated the quality and style chosen for the renovations - a great balance between Romanesque Italian architecture and modern requirements & standards.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room's cleanliness and the room itself were on a high level. The whole area, including the pools and garden, was clean and well taken care of. I had a half-board and restaurant staff as well the quality of the dishes was very pleasing. The location is also great very close to the centre of the city.
