Initially, the hotel's facade exuded the charm of a typical 4-star establishment, with its modern lobby promising a delightful stay. However, reality struck hard upon entering our assigned room. Mold marred the walls, carpets were grimy, and the bathroom fixtures were corroded beyond recognition.
