The Resort has very spacious and well equipped apartments, the swimming poll is very clean and not busy at all and there is a very nice restaurant on site

The hotel is centrally located on the lakeside promenade and has a splendid view of the magnificent surrounding alpine and lake scenery.

Arriving in nothing short of a monsoon - the staff were superb in getting us into the hotel with all our luggage and then taking our car to park in their garage. They happily provided us with a lovely meal in our room. Breakfast was excellent - room was lovely with a view right across the lake. Just could not have asked for a nicer stay and will hopefully return

Wonderful! Location, breakfast, dinner, design and efficient staff. In Wednesdays the boat of the hotel takes the guests to the market in Luino and back. We received an upgrade and the room was with garden and lake view

The location is stuning, you can relax in every corner of this awesome place, be it in the restaurant, private beach, jacuzzi, sauna, or the excelent private event terrace and hall with a awesome view of Lake Magiore, the staff is absolutely great and attentive, very in tune with your needs, making things really easy and make you feel like home. The small details make a difference, from all the branded items, to the room cleaning service. Room service not only changed our towels in the morning, but refilled the Nespresso caps for the coffee machine you have in the room, changed the used coffee cups, cleaned the room, even whiped the shower cabin clean, absolutely great service, excelent job there. The restaurant was a great experience, the food was really delicious and the staff was very aware of your needs. The breakfast was great, a lot to choose from. We booked just for one night, but everything there made us book the next night as well. We where amazed that this location didn’t get a 5 star rating, since the way they present things is way above a 4 star hotel. Nothing much not to like here really.

Laveno was a very good choice for visiting Lake Maggiore: it’s peaceful and very convenient to discover the islands by boat. The decoration and the facilities of the hotel were very fine. Especially the food was delicious.

Situated in Brusimpiano, 15 km from Lugano Station, Caroline Hotel features accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace.
