very friendly staff, excellent breakfast. we also had dinner at the hotel - also outstanding and at a fair price. i rarely give a "10". this means this hotel, as i see it, is exceptional when comparing cost and what you get. i recommend considering having dinner at the hotel. nice top-roof place and, at least when we were there, delicious dishes.

This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel and we are always greeted by helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms and a real gourmet restaurant. On the first day of our arrival, we were late for dinner, but in the kitchen there were cold appetizers and wine that were served to us, which greatly supported us after a long journey. The restaurant is worth a visit - a very interesting menu with traditional and innovative dishes. The location gives you the opportunity to wake up in rural tranquility in close proximity to a national park and the freedom to wander around the region's local attractions or, as many guests do, stay in the spa and enjoy the bliss of doing nothing (dolce far niente).

Set on Sabaudia's long stretch of white sandy beaches, the Oasis offers a wellness centre, and classic rooms with a balcony. Circeo National Park is a 15-minute drive away, and parking is free.

The check in procedure was smooth, staff helpful. There are two sections to the building. One the main hotel on the beach and a second across the road with lagoon access a swimming pool, gym, pickle courts etc

Lovely natural surroundings, nice staff, good cleaning, and we were upgraded to a lovely spacious with lake view. Walkable distance to a beautiful long beach.
