Hotel has great location, just few steps from Lido station. Excellent breakfast with beautiful view and very friendly stuff. We have been upgraded to suite and thank you for surprise my boyfriend with muffins for his birthday. I can highly recommend this beautiful hotel and love to come back again.

Fantastic location just off the water taxis point at Lido, modern and clean rooms. The staff were warm and welcoming and available for any questions. Excellent breakfast, room facilities and bar/outside seating area. Would definitely return!

Excellent location :-) 400 m from the beach, 400 m from the vaporetto station, in the middle of Venice Lido. Nice, very helpfull staff :-) :-), Very good breakfast. Quiet rooms, exemplary cleanliness.The hotel restaurant is not expensive and the food is very good. I recommend the hotel to everyone :-)

    A wonderful holiday in a good hotel that fully corresponds to four stars. The location is excellent, there is a small, beautiful and very green courtyard. The staff was kind, we were checked in earlier than expected. Overall the hotel is good, the only thing I didn’t like was the old carpet on the floor in some rooms, it would have been better without it.
