I loved the Historic Buildings and the beautifu Gardens and all employees were extreamly friendly and helpful. Great location if you are Traveling by car. Free private parking on the premises. We took several day trips to nearby attractions.

Beautiful hotel! The garden is wonderful and so well maintained! Feels very peaceful! We stayed at the villas which were very comfortable, clean and a nice decor! Breakfast has a good variety and the hotel staff is very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. The pool and the beach in front of the hotel were also pleasant.

Comfortable room with great view. Beautiful common areas like the lobby area (lights are often left off) and pool area (we never tried the bar) Lovely paid spa area (waterfall never turned on, wet and dry saunas only ready on request). Convenient breakfast of satisfactory standard Reception staff great with baggage handling and offering us an early breakfast at 3:30am before our taxi came. Good value for money if compared to resort prices in Australia Great location - short walk to major beaches and easy access to buses (10 min walk to bus stop) Would come back here. Hope the take feedback and get better every time!

The reception is very warm and helpful. They did vallet parking for us and recommended bus to Tormina, which is very easy and cheap. The breakfast is delicious and full of dishes. We had a nice stay at this seaside hotel.
