Great hotel to stay in La-Spezia. The train station is located across the steet and so is the public parking lot. The staff is very polite and helpfull. We got a room with separeted beds and we asked to move to another room with a single bed. The hotel was full, however the staff arranged a single bed matress and combined the beds to a single bed. The bed was very comfortable. Very good breakfast with large variety and great coffee, you have to order from the waiters. The hotel is close to the pedestrian mall where lot of good restaurants and 10 to 15 minutes walk from the port bars
