Every single staff we encountered was outstanding. The room was well appointed. The views were amazing and we took many photos. Mt Etna demonstrated one night that she is still a badass. We got lot of "glowing photos. The park next door is gorgeous and so many types of plans and trees. Breakfasts are delicious and sumptuous. Cocktails on the rooftop terrace by Peppino were delightful (and so was heI)

This place is magical. Our room had a balcony and view of the ocean and Mount Etna, as well as overlooked the hotel pool and lush gardens. In addition, its location is perfect to explore Taormina by foot. But what sets this hotel apart from any other is the service provided by the very friendly and helpful professional staff. We arranged taxis, a rental car and excursions through the front desk and they could not have been more attentive and patient in explaining our options. We loved this hotel and will return!

AC in room was cooling extremely well, mattress was very comfortable, big terrace with room. Fridge. Staff all very helpful. Pool very clean and hotel very well kept and clean. Breakfast was abundant. Located 2mins walk to central station, bus stop right outside hotel. Sea just across the road. Very well connected to major sights. Will return and highly recommended.
