An amazing medieval borgo turned into a really nice hotel. The view is breathtaking, unfortunately, we couldn't use the swimming pool because it was too cold, but it looked very nice and clean. We got a free upgrade and had a room with a terrace. We traveled with our dog and felt very welcomed there. There isn't a lot of light in the evening in the room but for us, it wasn't a problem.

We loved our stay at the Grand hotel. The hotel was fantastic, we had a beautiful room, elegant design, optimized space, located in one of the tower of the palazzo with a balcony overlooking the countryside (free upgrade was much appreciated) The hotel was calm and relaxing, the pool area and garden are perfect to chill. The hotel is located inside the wall of the old town and it’s a easy stroll down to the public parking and very nice restaurants. oh ! and the staff was brilliant, so friendly and yet so polite! we really had a great time and we are looking forward to come back :)

Absolutely superb experience. Fabulous room, grounds and hotel immaculately clean and well maintained. Food superb and staff could not do more to help - very professional and friendly. This is a 5 star stay. I am fussy and could not find one fault.

Definitely worth paying extra for fantastic room in this wonderful villa - great furnishings, chandelier etc Fabulous swimming pool, and delightful and very helpful staff. We stayed on part of our walking holiday from Spoleto to Assisi.

Set in a tastefully restored 12th-century monastery, Hotel Bramante still has its original stone walls and terracotta floors.

The villa ins wonderful - freshly renovated and tastefully decorated. Nothing was missing inside - everything including dishwasher/washing machine capsules, baking paper, utensils, etc. was in place. Also a welcome present was waiting for us on the table. Two huge terraces allowed us to enjoy the quite evenings, and our two teens were thrilled to play table tennis non-stop. The owners were very nice and discreet but also responded literally in seconds and tried to fulfill all our needs. We also loved the location - very quite with a great view, yet close to historical towns such as Todi, Narni, etc. Plenty of supermarkets in nearby towns, as well as cozy family restaurants and bakeries. Huge private parking space. I could sincerely recommend the place.
