We were only in Venice a short time but the property was lovely to stay in. Centrally located on the Grand Canal and within walking distance to San Marco square. The rooms were beautiful and spacious. Would definitely recommend this property both from a location and comfort point of view.

The breakfast was perfect. The best we had in Europe hotels and we do travel a lot! Dinner was exceptional. We had dinner at the hotel the first night we arrived and we could not resist the taste, we took dinner every night during our stay. The staff at the reception, restaurant and all over were so helpful, friendly and good at their job. The rooms were very clean, free coffee, tea and snacks were offered. Toiletries, slippers, bathrobes, everything one needs was there. The location of the hotel was also wonderful, walking distance to everywhere and very close to the main train and water bus stations. In short, absolutely perfect.

We received a free upgrade to a duplex and it was superb, plenty of space, 2 bathrooms was a bonus too. The location is excellent, right on one of the main canals where you can walk along the promenade with plenty of choice of restaurants. There was a good choice of continental and hot foods at breakfast, having broccoli or sprouts was a bit odd but still delicious! Staff were very friendly and courteous too.

The location was fabulous. Just a 100m walk from the Arsenale stop on the blue line of the waterbus. The rooms have a beautiful view of the lagoon and is probably one of the best locations to watch the sunset. The hospitality is fabulous - Stefano and Marco went above and beyond to make all arrangements for us (24x7). Will definitely come back here for my next Venice stay.
