Great breakfast. Strong wifi. Rooms clean, confortable, well fitted for a 4 star. Beds very confortable. A nice bar restaurant. The greatest choice for Verbania. We would come back with pleasure. 10

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Ancora. The location is excellent, close to everything we needed. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. What truly stood out was the exceptional service — the staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Special thanks to Helena at the reception, who went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Her warm attitude and attention to detail were truly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

Excellent hotel for relaxing and getting away from it all, location 5 minutes from town with fabulous restaurants offering fine dining at reasonable prices. We traveled in June so it was fairly quiet which suited us. We eat out most evening but went back to the hotel for a nightcap where we were looked after by Lorenzo & Blend who were both top drawer barmen and all round nice people. Would definitely return at some stage.

Also I think owners definitely love their hotel and business because everything is considered with love and care (even such small things as towels and shampoos and soaps). Hope we will visit again
