Everything. The staff were super friendly and courteous. Deyaa at the reception was especially helpful. The room was clean and spacious so was the bathroom. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The WiFi was really fast and the swimming pool was a nice surprise.

Absolutely Outstanding Experience – Highly Recommend! I cannot say enough good things about our stay at this incredible hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The reviews I had read prior to booking were spot on—this place is truly fantastic. Our room was spacious, beautifully lit, and impeccably designed with attention to every detail. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, making for a restful night's sleep. The room was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, and it’s clear that a lot of thought went into providing even the smallest of comforts. Nothing was overlooked. The staff were beyond friendly and attentive. There were always plenty of staff members available, and for every question or request, there was someone ready to assist. The service was truly exceptional, and considering all of this, the price was an absolute bargain! We enjoyed free access to the Jacuzzi and pool, both of which were well-maintained and provided a great experience. The facilities, including changing rooms and showers, were clean and fully stocked with towels. The sauna and Turkish hammam were available at a reasonable price. The food was excellent, and the on-site café was a delightful surprise. It was a serene and quiet spot, beautifully furnished, and offering great prices. All in all, we had an amazing stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. We were beyond satisfied and can’t wait to come back!

I would say a 4*+ hotel. Extremely clean and very innovative design. However, my wife and I are always interested in the attitude of the staff, how professional they are. Unfortunately, I didn't manage to remember everyone's names, but many thanks to the morning staff, who take care of breakfast! Everything perfect! Thanks to the colleague from the bar in the lobby! Professional and full of support! But I would like to thank Hamza from Reception, who gave us all the information we needed. At the same time, I would recommend the tourists who will stay at the Ambassador, not to hesitate, to arrange some trips around Jordan, with Mr. Firas's company! It depends on what each individual wants, but if you want someone flexible, who will be there and help you with any advice on what to visit or with any information, or if you need a local who can recommend other places to you, he is the right person. Mr. Hazem, a dedicated driver who was with us on our long trips to Wadi Rum and Petra, also works in his team. A professional, with impeccable English! Therefore, the team that takes care of tours from the Ambassador hotel, is a perfect team and do not hesitate to contact Mr. Firas for any activities you will have in Jordan! thank you, Team! Great job!

    The location is central and between the old city and modern Amman. The area is also safe and very quiet. It’s proximity to Al Abdali Boulevard within a very short driving distance was a big plus. The hotel has been recently renovated and the rooms are brand new and super clean. The staff are amazing especially Bajes, Abu Mohammad, Marwan, and Laith who spared no effort to accommodate my needs.
