Very big room, beautifully decorated with a view of the city. Everything was immaculately cleaned. The breakfast was of a great quality and variety, freshly cooked and baked. The staff was extremely polite and respectful. The valet drove the car to the garage and back.

Wholesome stay, quiet well isolated rooms Valet service is available. The man at the reception was very cooperative and very kindly carried the bags to the room and the room was as described a room with a wonderful view you can see everything in front of you it has a double bed and the sheets were very clean and the room is arranged in a distinctive way they even put you hospitality with a bottle of water and the breakfast was kind of good but the quality of the food is a little different from what I expected but despite that my stay in the hotel was comfortable and I was happy in the end thank you very much

We been only one night in this beautiful hotel. We booked suite and we got beautiful two bedrooms, two bathrooms and living room. The breakfast was really decent with variety of Arabic and international food offerings. Ratio of paid and what we got was really worth it. Highly recommended!

I have traveled to numerous countries and THIS is my FAVORITE hotel. It is nothing short of exceptional. From the security to the front desk to housekeeping. Everything was perfect. The room was more like an apartment and to simply call it clean would be an understatement. The bed, linen, complimentary robes and slippers were all comfortable! Every staff member was kind and helpful. After about two days housekeeping knew exactly what I needed and how I liked things and they cleaned my room accordingly without me making a single request. The welcome fruit plate was adorable and yummy. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of options. The modern elements to the hotel were perfect. I originally booked two nights but extended for almost an additional week because I was able to get much needed rest here. I will stay at this hotel every time I come to Jordan because it truly is perfect.

    The location is central and between the old city and modern Amman. The area is also safe and very quiet. It’s proximity to Al Abdali Boulevard within a very short driving distance was a big plus. The hotel has been recently renovated and the rooms are brand new and super clean. The staff are amazing especially Bajes, Abu Mohammad, Marwan, and Laith who spared no effort to accommodate my needs.
