Staffs are perfect. Waitress in breakfast buffet, 宮田，she was very caring and attentive, in the absence of asking, she served me a glass of water because she noticed that i was going to take some medicine. She made my day and deserved a special appreciation from me to her, and her hotel.

We liked the crab buffet and drinks. The hotel is large and many accessories. Though we can't see Aso mountaun this time due to Typhoon, the view from restaurant and room would be beautiful.

Kurokawa onsen is extraordinary one of all onsens. Fumoto ryokan is located in the center of Kurokawa. Very nice staff with good English communication. Dinner was Japanese kiseki with horse sashimi, Aso beef tepanyaki, tempura, assorted vegetable and one glass of local sake. The meal was really delicious for me and my husband, my child meal was hamberg rice, curry, tonkutsu and it's also excellent. Private onsen was no need for reservation, there are a lot of rooms for private onsens. I didn't see any review about children so I was a little worry. But when I got there with my 9-year-old girl, they treated my child very well, all amenities for kid, kid yukata, kid meals and a puppy doll at her bed. They are definite​ly kid-friendly ryokan.
