Mars Garden Wood Gotemba is a convention hotel, great for weddings and Outlet shoppers. Rooms are really large, onsen spa is clean and spacious, beautiful garden where you can feed the Koi fish and enjoy nightly musical fountain show and the Japanese breakfast was excellent. Staff were very courteous and attentive. Its location is close to outlet, entertainment and restaurants. Exceptional place to stay even for a night.

Absolutely everything. Even before the stay, the staff was polite and very helpful with everything, even a last minute change in the number of the group. They wait for you at the entrance, they send you off when you go. The service was impeccable and the food - nothing short of an amazing experience.

Amazing, clean, large space, good working washing machine as we have been in Japan a while! They provided x2 water, x2 beer and a bottle of wine plus some snacks all for free! The TV worked and had netflix that was functional aswell!
