The family history of the Property and Ryoken - such a beautiful story. Our dinner and breakfast host was wonderful, explaining to us each dish and answering our inquisitive questions about the ingredients, the local food and Japanese culture and traditions. ( except the windy day would be a bit horrible…) and there’s a steep way up to the train station like a 6 minutes walk. But they have free shuttle when you check out. So it’s fine. - staff: super nice although they don’t speak English. I feel warm when talking to them.
