CanadaStaff were exceptional. Rental car wouldn’t work so we had to call the rental car company. We asked a bilingual staff member to initiate the call for us. She did. During a 30 min call with AVIS, she stayed nearby us to assist if needed. Then when the repair van finally came, she stayed with us in the parking lot for 40 minutes to act as translator. She went above and beyond her job. Thank you so much!
