Every think is ok. One thing requested that please register your name in Booking. Com as you display at your Property, which is SIS Stargate Hotel. Unfortunately you registered as Star Gate Hotel.. It's difficult to track, even map have finalized at destination. But then face SIS Stargate Hotel... Also not trust at Google..... Thanks

I had initially doubted whether I had made made the right choice by moving to yet another hotel before our long trip back, but it was so worth it! The room was much bigger than most of the other city hotels we'd stayed at and the bed so so comfy! The check-in and check out processes were super smooth and quick, the staff was helpful and there are also two convenience stores nearby for one more round of snacks and coffee. Once you're checked in, you can reserve the next day shuttle to the airport at the most convenient time and it took us 15 minutes to get to the airport. I'm very glad that, by choosing this hotel, we managed to sleep one hour more before our long flight!

Surprised to see outdoor onsen in a city hotel. Location can't get better, very convenient to local restaurants and cafes. Connected to train station with taxi stand downstairs.

This hotel is within 10 minutes of the airport. It's in kind of an odd location and our taxi driver had a hard time finding it. It is in a traditional Japanese neighborhood with lots of Family Marts and Lawsons around.
