Location is great. Close to subways, shopping mall and temples. Breakfast is great with variety of western and Japanese food. I recommend to include the breakfast option in your booking to save time to try to find things to eat. At least for the first day.

This was the first hotel I stayed in with a small toddler. We had requested a crib and it was ready as soon as we entered the room. We also got some extra amenities for the kid. Checking in and out was painless. The breakfast was varied and they also had a good chair for the kid. The location is unbeatable, as it is in the station itself, so you can travel by train or shinkansen and rest here even if you are moving a lot of luggage, no need to drag it through the street. It would have been great if it had a pool, but all in all, this hotel was amazing and I will be staying here again.

Very friendly employees, quick parking inside the building. A good small Onsen with a cold plunge pool and a properly hot sauna. A little icecream after the bath and the ramen at night are a big plus.

A very nice place to stay about 10min walk from Nagoya Station. The staff were friendly and we had a great stay. We were allowed to leave our luggage there early.

The staffs are super kind from A to Z. I forgot packing my convertor and HDMI, and was able to rent them while I stayed. The room was more sizable than I thought, it also has better quality than the actual price. The convinient store is very close, and other restaurants and pubs are near around. I'd like to stay there defintely next time for the Nagoya trip.
