We had a wonderful experience at The Royal Park Hotel Iconic in Nagoya. The location is ideal, right in the heart of the city, with easy access to shops, restaurants and public transport. The room was modern, spotless, comfortable and with great city views especially at night ! The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful (they help us to ship our suitcases to the next city in Japan). Breakfast was delicious, offering a mix of Japanese and Western options, even sparkling wine for a cheeky morning breakfast glass. The main hall combines style and privacy. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nagoya.

The breakfast tastes good, but it might not be very diverse. The hotel is located near a subway station, making it convenient for travel. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The room is clean and quiet. The hotel has limited parking, which may not be enough for all guests. The staff recommended parking at Jumbo Parking, which is about 150 meters away. The parking fee from 3:00 PM to 11:00 AM the next day is 2,000 yen.

The hotel is just some couple small blocks away within walking distance from the big JR Nagoya Station. You can go pretty much anywhere from here and at the time of my stay it also partnered with Legoland Nagoya so it is possible to buy the ticket through the hotel, although I didn't try that.There is a convenient store beside the hotel so you can get food there as well. The room has an adequate space, and the bed is comfy to sleep. It's clean, they clean the room and hand out towel changes everyday unless you request otherwise. The facilities are great as well. The staff understands english to a good degree and very helpful as well. I kinda felt bad having to bother one of them to ask for some changes to use the coin laundry in the middle of the night, but they were kind enough to help. The hotel also hold my package that i send from Tokyo safely until my arrival. I got a really good price when I stay here, I couldn't even believe I got a hotel this good in Japan for the price but it was low season so price might change and fluctuate depending on condition. Overall, a great place to stay with good room, helpful staff and great price! I hope to come to Nagoya again someday :)

I accidentally booked a smoking room instead of a non-smoking room and I was dreading my night's sleep. When I entered the room the smoke smell was almost unnoticeable. I had an amazing stay at this hotel and the staff were exceptional. The beds are very comfortable also, so getting up In the morning was hard work.

Located near to public teansport both train and bus. The staff were exceedingly professional, helpful, and friendly. We also were able to book our day trip tickets to legoland, which was super helpful. There's a public onsen for both men and women segregated away from each other. They also have optional smoking rooms upon request.Will definitely stay with the vessel hotel again.
