A Fantastic Stay at Sapporo Stream Hotel – Highly Recommended! We recently stayed at Sapporo Stream Hotel, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. Location – The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Sapporo, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Whether you’re looking to shop, dine, or visit popular attractions, everything is easily accessible. Public transportation is also nearby, which made getting around effortless. Service & Staff – The service was top-notch! The staff were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any requests. Their professionalism and attention to detail truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Room Size & Amenities – The room was impressively spacious, especially considering typical city hotels. It was well-designed, modern, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The amenities provided were excellent, from the high-quality toiletries to the thoughtful little touches that made us feel at home. Overall Experience – We had an amazing time at Sapporo Stream Hotel. The combination of its prime location, outstanding service, comfortable and well-appointed rooms, and excellent amenities made it one of the best stays we’ve had. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapporo! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5

Perfect location just outside of the busy Susukino street, yet very convenient as there is a subway station nearby, or you can simply walk to the city centre (about 15 min walk). The rooms are spacious and very bright. The hotel baths are also super clean, and open until late.

- The size of the room was a pleasant surprise: normally room looks much bigger on the pictures but this time it exceeded expectations - Mattress is orthopaedic and you get a choice of 2 pillows which are both extremely comfortable to sleep on (and I am always very picky about that) - There is no TV in the room but instead you get a vinyl record player and can choose any record from the bar at the reception to listen to - Bathroom is spacious, mirror is heated so that the surface doesn't fog up - Instead of the bathrobe you get a pyjamas set which in my opinion is much more comfortable - The view from the window was facing main street with Sapporo Tower as requested but no noice from the street was coming inside thanks to good soundproof - Bar upstairs didn't work (my guess because it was winter) but you still could access it freely and enjoy the panoramic view of the city - You can book Japanese kaiseki breakfast for about 2000¥, it's pretty good - The whole interior of the hotel looks impressive and brand new, attention to detail feels in every square metre, public areas smell good and perfume is rich but very modest - Hotel staff is attentive and polite, and what was really striking is that we were addressed by our names without us even saying our room number when we came to the reception to have some question to ask

    Second time staying here, both times a good experience. Location very handy right next to the train station, but also easy to walk to the shops/restaurants in the city centre. Rooms always a nice size, modern and comfortable, plus a large breakfast buffet. Will be back on my next trip.

    Location can't be better, easy walking to big shopping areas, Odori park, JR Sapporo Station. The staff are very friendly, caring and professional. The hotel is well renovated with modern style. The bed is comfortable and the room is very clean.

    Love the good location, English speaking staff, free umbrella for loan to shelter from the snow, free good quality coffee at lobby in the morning, free coffee and tea capsules in room, complimentary bottled water, a can of coke and a glass bottle of Pierre carbonated water, L'occitane toiletries, modern design lift lobby at each floor, washer-cum dryer at 3 of the floors that auto dispsense washing liquid.
