They'll go over and beyond to make your stay as pleasant as possible, with friendly vibes. I found the location very convenient close to the bus station but also from the city centre. The room was spacious and the bed was of good quality. This was the end of my trip to Japan and the staff was for me the highlight of my stay, I have rarely met such dedicated professionals. Lovely rooms, quiet and dark at night, all very clean and well maintained. Excellent location within walking distance to station and all attractions, such as river, market, and old town shops and restaurants, and right next door to a Family Mart. We arrived very late in the evening and the reception was waiting for us and gave us such a warm welcome on a cold night. They have laundry on the property which you could do yourself which we really appreciated. Happy hour had free sake tasting, beer, coffee, and more which was such a pleasant surprise! The location was perfectly close to everything we wanted to get to in the town. The design is modern and stylish but cozy. We cannot recommendation it more.Guest review byJaniceYoung couple
