Four-Star Hotels in Ureshino

After a months trip in Korea, China and Japan we came to stay at this hidden diamond. This little Onsen town is one of Japan’s best and this hotel was hyper cool. Incredibly authentic and with amazing staff. We were helped by Kundo which did his very best and this gave us the single best experience of our 1 month family trip. The hotel has a fantastic Japanese spa on the top floor. Kubrick provided us with recommendations to where to eat, what to see and visit. We loved it! Thank you! You have our family great memories!

Well maintained, clean, tastefully decorated villas. The in-Room onsen baths were the best thing here!

Just wow. The breakfast was fantatsic,. The dinner was AMAZING,and so tasty. Pro tip: make sure to mention if you're allergic to something before you arrive, we forgot to mention that one of us was lactose intolerant and the desert had dairy in it, so the kitchen made my husband something different for desert, which was very nice of them, especially since that meant I had two deserts. It was also our honeymoon so we were gifted some champagne by the hotel staff. The room is fantastic, and ours had a private onsen. The bed and the bathroom were lovely, and the hotel was too. We wandered around at night, and discovered a table tennis table where you play with flipflops instead of bats, as per local custom. The bar was nice too, and the bartender let me choose the music to play. This ryokan's theme is music, and you can see how much the owners love music as it is literally everywhere.

Very nice stay, clean and quiet room in this very unique old style building Comfortable beds, staff is adorable and well spoken in English Onsen is not in the hotel building but next to it, definitely worth you money to book it for 50 mins ! I was hesitant to book this resort initially as there was only 1 recent review when I booked, and the older reviews of the original hotel were not that good. However, I decided to take a chance and I'm so glad I did!!! The resort is newly renovated and all the furnishings and decor are all very clean and new. The resort location was ideal as I wanted to be located near Mifuneyama Rakuen so I could go see the Autumn colours at night (only 6 min drive away). The facilities on the resort were fantastic.... the spa pool required swimsuits which the resort thoughtfully prepared for each guest, all packed in individual tote bags. The hot spring pool was a a bit small, but the resort was not packed when we stayed, so there were no other people around when we used the spa pool or hot spring. But what impressed me the most has to be the amazing service we received. Most of the staff did not speak English or could only speak minimal English, but they always tried their best to understand our needs, and made us feel so comfortable. The staff's dedication and service quality are top-notch. The food was so amazing as well (The sukiyaki dinner and Japanese breakfast included in the stay were so good!)
