Very good location and clean nice rooms. We were very happy with the breakfast and the nice staff. If you are going to visit Wakayama Castle which is next to the hotel, we recommend this hotel. It is also easy to walk around Wakayama from the hotel.

Great location, near station and incredible pizza place. Got free ramen and the breakfast was great and cheap price. Staff very helpful and sent off our suitcases for us. Room was very clean but room was a little small, but did have a lot of stuff

The hotel is close to Kansai Airport, it's a short walk from the train station. The robot check-in was fantastic and efficient. Nice view of the ocean, breakfast was great and so is the Onsen. It's excellent value for the money. The restaurant staff were great, and the food was excellent.
