There was a nice variety in breakfast buffet, castle view from the upper floor rooms was beautiful, rooms are slightly larger than typical Japanese hotel rooms and staff were very polite and helpful.

Only a 5-minute walk from JR Wakayama Train Station, Dormy Inn Premium Wakayama Natural Hot Spring offers modern accommodations with free Wi-Fi.

It’s our second stay and the reason why we came back here is that we were very satisfied with the hotel on our first stay. So,having the onsen and massage chair was a deciding factor. Also a delicious breakfast every morning and a comfortable bed are important to us. The location is also great, so close to the train station and shops.

Everything is great. It's clean and fantastic scenery. Moreover, the staff provides very good service. I forgot i-pad in the room. Unfortunately, I realized it when I was in Osaka, so I ask the staff to send my ipad to my hotel in Osaka. The staff do not hesitate to help, and I finally get my i-pad back.

A great location to spend time if you have an early or late flight. They offer pre check in and post check out luggage storage which is invaluable. Best breakfast we had in Japan! Worth getting an ocean front view. Rinku town shopping is a day out in Itself!

Everything was good. Staff was nice.
