Friendly welcome, The staff is very nice and helpful. We as family get a free upgrade, they did everything to make us satisfied. The room was very large an clean with a sea view. The hotel have a good location, near to the highway and downtown. Parking under the hotel is for free. There are no words to describe the friendliness of Claire and her daughter. Thank you for your hospitality, we definitely come back.

The staff are very friendly and most helpful. They assisted us with hire car questions, taxi bookings, etc. Breakfast was amazing and the views from the restaurant area are breathtaking. The location doesn't get any better, minutes from the old Souk and the Fort. Highly recommended

Nice modern hotel with a swimming pool, well sized rooms, and not too far from the city Beirut. If you ask for room make up you get a very clean room everyday! Good treatment, even the hotel manager wanders around the hotel and asks about our stay in the hotel and if we have any other wishes!
