We had a wonderful stay at Cloudz Sigiriya! This place is perfect for a balanced holiday stay. It is ideally situated for local activities like visiting the Sigiriya Monolith or Pidurangala Rock (the area is excellent for hiking!), and the property itself is an escape. The calm and tranquil area around the resort is beautifully kept, and we spent blissful hours relaxing by the magnificent and spacious pool; it’s an expansive area that feels incredibly luxurious. The accommodations are modern and refreshing. The bathroom and its unforgettable open-air shower truly elevated the stay, bringing a touch of nature into our room. Finally, every meal was a delight thanks to the great chef, who provided an array of delicious local and western food, ranging from hearty buffets to superb a la carte options. We left feeling completely rejuvenated and confident that we found the best base in Sigiriya!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at New Sigiri Kele, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their warm hospitality, professionalism, and willingness to assist with anything truly made a difference. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and every little detail, from the cozy ambiance to the modern amenities, made the stay even more enjoyable. One of the best features of the hotel was the stunning pool. It was clean, well-maintained, and the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. Whether taking a refreshing dip or simply relaxing by the water, the atmosphere was peaceful and rejuvenating. This is actually a resort with large bungalows and a big pool. Although centrally located on the Dumbulla mainroad, the rooms are very tranquil. This is because the rooms are spread out behind the maingate and after reception/ restaurant. The breakfast is quite good, expecially the local items. I liked talking to the staff very much They were all helpfull, also for giving advise.

Isu, Nishanta and their team took great care of us, family of four, for our time in Sigiriya. Their recommendations for what to do were perfect and the food is simply outstanding. The accommodation is so comfortable and tastefully decorated. The views from our veranda over rice fields were gorgeous. The pool was perfect place to relax and refresh. In the evening we watched nature, bats coming out to hunt into the juggle, fireflies so pretty. When Rory became unwell Nishanta provided steam bath brewed full of aurvedic goodness for him. Their care was excellent. Our girls age 12&14 loved it all. It's a great family space, we had separate but ajoined rooms.

The room was spacious, and clean and offered plenty of comfort for a relaxing stay. The air conditioning was powerful, which I appreciated in the heat. it kept the room perfectly cool and comfortable the whole time. The food was beautiful. Each dish had heaps of flavour and was nicely presented. What stood out to Me was the staffs attentiveness..they took the time to explain every item on the menu, including the ingredients and the traditional way of eating each dish. Their passion and care enhanced the dining experience and made every meal feel more special. The menu itself had a great balance between authentic Sri Lankan cuisine and more familiar Italian and Western-style options. This variety is perfect for those who want to experience local flavors while still having the comfort of dishes if you miss home. The location was ideal. tucked away, yet conveniently close to major attractions. Sigiriya Rock is just a short drive away, and Dambulla is only about 15 minutes by car, making it a great base for exploring the area.
